HB + Spring
Only one month until spring and I am here. for. it. Last spring was a really crazy time in my life: I was starting a new job, settling into a new apartment, and adjusting to life as a post grad. This year, I am ready to celebrate spring and all the fun activities (and shopping) that comes with it! below are some of my absolute essentials as the weather warms up and the coats come off.
1. Polaroid Instax Mini
Originally, I was not on the polaroid train. I couldn't justify spending money to take photos when I just bought the iPhone 8 Plus and had that incredible camera at my fingertips. Then I got one. I take it everywhere with me when I know there will be a photo op. While not incredibly convenient, it makes the photos so much more special to me. I also got the cutest frames here that are 4/$16 and make for the cutest desk accessories! Get the camera here.
2. JORD Watch
Full disclosure, I am not a watch person. But wow this is a cutie. I received this wooden watch in the most beautiful engraved box. I am such a sucker for good branding, and this hit it out of the park for me. The watch itself has an emerald green face, which transitions perfectly from winter to spring and has become a must-have for date nights. I love the engraving options because it allows you to put something sweet in a place that only the person intended to see it knows it's there. Check out engraving options here and shop my watch here. My other favorite part is that it easily transitions from a men's watch to a women's watch. I've always been in love with androgynous designs, and this one looks just as good on my wrist as it does on Grady's. Looking for more watches? Shop men's designs here and women's designs here.
Mules have become an absolute staple in my wardrobe. First of all, they're unbelievably comfortable. They're also a great way to hide your unpolished winter toes, lol. I found these on a great sale at Macy's and found them online here. More of my favorite mules can be found here, here, and here.
4. New Jeans
My whole life, if I EVER wore jeans, my friends would ask, "Why are you so dressed up?" I am team leggings for life. However, I was in the mood to spice up my wardrobe so I set out with my credit card on a mission for some comfy jeans. I found these jeans from American Eagle and I was sold. The wash is the perfect color and the frays at the bottom are to die for. I find myself reaching for them a lot and I can't say enough about them.
Well, there you have it. I cannot wait for spring in Boise - if only it would stop snowing.
